I must not fear.

I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Now if only the fucking grey weather would stop leaching my energy.

Well... Fear is a useful thing. It tells you something might be a problem or a danger. So look at your fear, poke at it and ask it if it would like to make you aware of something you should know. If it proves to be an unreasonable fear, fighting it is fine. If it is not so unreasonable, taking measures against the problem/danger behind it might be the more useful course of action. ;)


And, hey, grey weather has its advantages - you can light a candle for some light and warmth and enjoy that! :)
